How to become a Flea Market Vendor...

As the largest and oldest flea market in the Delaware Valley area, the Columbus Farmers Market welcomes sellers of new and used/collectible products to display and sell their goods.  The spaces are 12' wide by 30' deep and a table is provided but not guaranteed.  The vendor's vehicle stays in the space with the vendor.  Sellers may rent spaces for the day, known as "Daily Vendors" or may reserve the same space for a month, known as "Monthly Vendors."

Vendors selling any packaged food product must be approved by the Burlington County Health Department (609-265-5515). Vendors selling food to be consumed at the Columbus Farmers Market must complete an application, receive various approvals and provide product liability insurance, which such information can be obtained at the Columbus Farmers Market Office in Building #3.

Vendors who wish to lease an inside store at the Columbus Farmers Market, must complete an application which can be obtained at the Columbus Farmers Market Office in Building #3.  Leases for inside stores are long-term, permanent leases and product lines to be sold need Management approval.

To be a monthly vendor outside, you will need to come to the Market Office located in the orange building to get your reserved space. You will need to pay for the month in advance, cash or check – no credit cards. This will enable you to come on market day without having to wait in line.

 

If you are interested in coming just for a day or two, as a daily vendor, you would just come on the market day that you would like to vend.

 

Go to our Gate #1 entrance, located on Route 206 (near the barn silo LED sign). The lanes are marked "Daily” and "Reserved" (for monthly). Daily vendors will pay their fee at the gatehouse, as they enter the Market.

 

The fees are as follows:


Thursday  Gate opens at 5:00 am for monthly vendors. Reserved vendors must be in their spaces by 6:30 am. Daily vendors get spaces at 6:30am

DAILY NEW ITEMS- $35

Gates open from 6:30AM-11AM

 

MONTHLY USED ITEMS- $70

MONTHLY NEW ITEMS- $90

Gates open from 5AM-6:30AM

 

        

Monthly Only: All-weather pavilion $125.00 and up per space, plus one month security deposit. A, H, I Rows ONLY are $100 with no deposit required.
